We had booked our room through a reputed on-line portal. Afyter reaching the hotel we were told that they have no rooms and the hotel is packed. As we had to rush to the meeting immediately we were not in a position to start our hunt in the broad daylight at KarolBagh all again. Looking at our plight they obliged to give a room without Air-con (though we were charged for a.c. room). This room is fairly good with comfortable bed but wash room is terrible. Only good we found in this hotel is the staff at the reception.

I booked Hotel Mid Town from OYO for 2 days and did the payment online. I had called the hotel 2 days prior and they had confirm my booking. Still when I reached the hotel, the lady at the reception said they cant find my booking and denied accommodation. The lady was behaving rudely and said booking this hotel online is a big mistake and making payment online is an even bigger mistake. Then the owner came and said they have payment issues with OYO and so cant accept out booking!! Finally they allowed accommodation on the condition that I cancel second days' booking on OYO and book directly with them. The price was marginally higher than OYO since OYO had given some discounts on the booking. I had no option but to follow suit as I was traveling with my wife and didn't want to search around for another hotel at that time. The room which was initially given to me was 204 (This was the room meant for OYO customers). It was a terrible room with no ventilation and we were literally suffocating inside. After repeated requests for changing the room, they finally shifted us to room 206. While shifting, the person at reception said they are allowing shifting only because I agreed to book the second day directly with them. The room 206 was better, but the bed-sheets were torn and blanket was stinking. Otherwise room and general infrastructure was fine. TV was working and hot water was available in the washroom. On my request, they provided hot water for drinking, but the water they gave was of very poor quality and not fit for drinking! Also they didn't serve breakfast which OYO had promised. After check out the person at reception called me on phone demanding payment which I had already done the day before. In general, my experience at this hotel was bad.

I called and book the hotel. Earlier I book this hotel thr. Oyo. Room service is okay. Room is clean. Karolbagh Metro station is very close to hotel. Location of hotel is okay not that difficult to find. Wifi and Hot water is available. Room is having window AC.

Hotel was book thr Oyo for 3 day room are big cleanliness was ok. Morning breakfast was good in taste. Location is close to karol bagh metro station. On 3rd day I left in morning for work in evening I see hotel was close down by government authorities, all my luggage was kept in reception. They shifted to other hotel.

Average place overall considering the location and amenities nearby. Overall nice to stay for a short period and I would suggest not to stay for long periods especially if you are with small children.
